Responsibilities:
Manage team capacity and performance expectations for a multi-level/layered, geographically-dispersed (e.g., Richmond, McLean, Wilmington, Plano) team
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the end-to-end processes and system workflows, functionality and restrictions within TA, inclusive of upstream and downstream dependencies
Cohesively partner with leaders across the enterprise to provide solution-oriented, product consultation on various HR initiatives
Lead strategy and delivery of testing automation across the current team and other TA partners
Partner closely with Product and Technology partners during quarterly PI planning to prioritize projects, scope level of effort and oversee capacity planning of direct team and correlation of capacity of partner teams
Influence senior leadership for buy-in of remediation recommendations
We’re looking for:
A technology or product leader that is passionate about people leadership and able to maintain strong interpersonal relationships across a geographically dispersed team
Experience leading global Workday UAT teams, preferably in a Recruiting module
Experience leading UAT teams in Salesforce and other Criminal Background and I-9 products
Strong familiarity with testing system integrations
Experience leading automation testing efforts in tools like Selenium or Kainos
Someone who:
has a deep understanding of system capabilities, constraints and nuances in order to effectively lead the team in creating and delivering exceptional testing strategies
is excited to operate in ambiguity and comfortable navigating white space,
can proactively and autonomously identify and solve large, complex problems,
possess the ability to not only adapt to change quickly, but also lead through the change with positivity
has prior experience implementing structure and governance where it previously did not exist, and
has outstanding communication skills with prior experience influencing senior leaders
Basic Qualifications:
At least 4 years of Workday User Acceptance Testing and system integration experience
At least 2 years of people leadership experience
At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience working within a Human Resources organization
At least 4 years of process or project management experience
At least 1 year of recruiting experience
At least 1 year of training experience
At least 1 year of communications experience
Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification
Workday Pro Recruiting or other Workday certifications
Salesforce Administrator Certification
