Purpose and Overall Relevance for the Organization:

In this role, you will assist the Content Management flow and all its stakeholders in executing Manual validations that our current automation can’t. The assets the CMS creates require validations for both form and function. The automated system is able to test both functional and non-functional requirements, but some features/scope isn’t currently covered, including visual acuity and guidelines, and localization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and maintenance of Manual Validations suites;

  • Process documentation

  • Run Automated Validations and document deliverables

  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs for system health

  • Point of contact for QA request that are delivered to the team

  • Communicate effectively with stream team members regarding test progress, process, issues and troubleshooting

  • QA Process ownership and management

Key Relationships:

  • Internal: Global Digital Activation Managers, Digital Market Managers, Campaign Operations, Onsite Merchandising, Marketing Activation, eCommerce, Product Owners, Consumer Engagement.

  • External: Agencies, External Content Management, Translations Project Managers, Soft- and Hardware Support teams plus various internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to query a database (SQL)

  • Full understanding of web technologies and content delivery

  • Foundations of test automation

  • Entry level coding abilities

  • Effective communication skills

  • Solid knowledge of SDLC

  • Problem solving

  • Critical thinking

  • Eager learner

Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:

  • or certification related toInformation Technologies

  • yearsof experiencein QA or Process management

  • in English

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, or similar issue-tracking systems
