In these rotations, FDPs will learn to:- Monitor financial performance, highlight trends, and analyze anomalies- Streamline reporting through the use of databases such as Tableau or with Excel macros- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and innovations- Assist with quarter-end and month-end close procedures- Build reports to help predict and analyze data- Submit commentary on actuals versus forecast- Present key findings to upper management and executives
Minimum Qualifications
- We are looking for candidates with an interest in Corporate Finance or Accounting, as well as the following qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives and business partners
- Analytical mindset
- Thrive in a demanding and quickly-changing environment
- Be a self-starter and have a desire to learn the business
- Proven track record of completing challenging projects, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and building effective partnerships
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math or related field.
