• Understand and transform data from external vendors to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Assess the effectiveness of data sources and data-gathering techniques and aid continuous improvement and enhancement of the overarching Talent Intelligence analytics suite development.
• Utilize programming languages such as R or Python to analyze and interpret data.
• Effectively leverage SQL to manipulate Talent Intelligence data.
• Create and maintain PowerBI dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights effectively.
• Conduct applied talent research and productize insights at scale, using both internal and external economic and talent data to build insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Global Talent Intelligence Behavioral Science Lead and other team members to understand business needs and provide tailored Talent Intelligence solutions.
• Assist in the development and delivery of Talent Intelligence products, reports, and presentations.
• Monitor external best practices and internal feedback to identify and propose opportunities and support the functional leads in the feasibility analysis for the enhancement of existing practices, models, and processes.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development within the TIA team.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Behavioural Science, Psychology, or a related field.
• Deep subject matter expertise in data engineering, visualization, and related functional domains to generate and support insights and analytics.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as R and statistical software like SPSS.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Foundational understanding of behavioural science principles and their application to Talent Intelligence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
