As a Director, Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing, and driving range of multi generation and multi segment programs and projects. In this critical role, you'll be the driving force behind the program for both company’s reference design and partners’ product. You'll leverage your expertise to lead a cross-functional team, to collaborate with development managers, engineers, and multi-functional teams across the organization, and outside the company to ensure flawless delivery of products and projects. Your leadership will ensure partner’s successful delivery of products on time and within budget.
What you'll be doing:
Provide strategic leadership to define the vision, goals for the multi generation and multi segment programs, to align with Company’s objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations to influence product and technology based on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Formulate the roadmap, create work plans, develop and manage program’s schedules and deliverables.
Design and Scope Management: Drive and actively participate in crucial product, requirements reviews. Efficiently handle scope changes to minimize impacts on project timelines and outcomes.
Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and advance issues to leadership as vital.
Manage tradeoffs for program success. Drive alignment between internal teams, and partner’s
Be the program point of contact on all matters related to the program. Communicates Program status, issues, risk management and recommend mitigation plans.
Meticulous management of tasks, dependencies, and breakthroughs to achieve program objectives on schedule.
Continuous Improvement: Leverage insights and standard processes from past programs to drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes for future projects.
What we need to see:
A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is required; a Master's degree is helpful.
15+ overall years of relevant experience, including at least 10+ years in a technical program management role, having delivered end-to-end product from inception to launch.
5+ years of leadership experience.
Solid track record of successfully lead complex, large-scale projects.
Proficient in leading rapid development cycles and adopting change, maintaining flexibility and composure in uncertain situations.
Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to engage in critical thinking and problem-solving.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and business insight. Capable of optimally articulating sophisticated technical issues and solutions.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate on global projects across teams and time zones.
