Order Management Intern

You will be supporting Order Management Team which works on Nordics, UK&I and Benelux markets.
Your role:

• Managing orders with the use of SAP and other supporting tools with reporting, monitoring and controlling order book data quality in an organized and compliant manner, keeping it well maintained and up to date including meeting the market’s fiscal and legal requirements on time and first-time right

• Being responsible for the end-to-end process of all types of sales orders from order intake to sales recognition

• Direct contact and maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse, Pricing and Finance teams and other departments within Philips)

• Provide insights and recommendations through reports

You're the right fit if:

• You are a student of at least 2nd year of studies, ideally related to logistics

• You areavailable to work at lest 25h/ week

• You are fluent inEnglish (at least B2)

• You have computer literacy (MS Windows, MS Office),good communication and analytical skills
