Work closely with business partners to prepare weekly and month executive reporting packages on the business
Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
Leverage Excel and Alteryx to organize and analyze large data sets and create impactful analysis to assist in understanding of key trends, risks and opportunities
Create mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Strong experience with ‘story telling’ and creating PowerPoint presentations
Able to collaborate across large teams in a highly organized manner toward a single outcome
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking
Being able to pivot focus with shifting business priorities
Proficient in distilling data and information into clear, conclusive presentations
Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with knowledge of or interest in learning Alteryx
