As an Account Executive I, you will be managing the new customer pipeline and growth. You will be in charge of growing revenue for a specific territor(ies) and vertical(s).
As an Account Executive I, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying, developing and closing new business for Akamai.
- Developing strategic sales plans to maximize opportunities in your territory, within target countries and industries.
- Becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring customers get value out of Akamai's platforms

- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Be speaking fluent English and Polish
- Demonstrate proven experience in being persuasive, effective and professional in face-to-face and remote meetings, targeting new business.
- Have a passion for technology, Cyber Security, Cloud Compute and Enterprise security solutions
- Show experience with accurate account planning, forecasting and pipeline management
- Have a verifiable track record of success and goal attainment in a sales-oriented role within IT
