Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of administrative experience in an international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in providing administrative support to executives within a fast-paced team and international environment.
Ability to lead small to medium sized projects and manage teams.
Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment, and prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Excellent written/verbal communication and social skills.
