Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and support needs, providing exceptional service and support.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for growth.
Identify and recruit new reseller partners to expand and diversify our channel ecosystem.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop partner enablement resources, including sales and marketing collateral, training materials, and product documentation.
Work closely with partners to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively sell our products and services.
Develop and execute joint sales and marketing strategies with partners to drive revenue growth and market presence.
Provide ongoing sales training and support to partner sales teams, including product demonstrations, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
Monitor partner sales performance and provide guidance and support to help partners achieve sales targets.
Coordinate joint marketing activities with partners, including co-branded campaigns, events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
Track and measure the effectiveness of joint marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to optimize ROI.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential threats.
Provide feedback to internal teams on product enhancements, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches based on partner and market insights.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in channel partner management, preferably in the Adtech industry.
Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partnerships that drive revenue growth.
Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, including programmatic advertising, ad serving, and data management platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute on joint business plans with partners.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events (approximately 20-30% travel expected).
