Key Responsibilities:

• He / She should be responsible for DCS System by working with customers and key stakeholders to influence technical and business impact and produce substantial organic growth based on Innovation.
• He / She should identify mentoring needs and plan for skill transfer and development. Mentor the less experienced.
• He / She should be responsible for interacting with key stakeholder, Customers to define technical requirements and present technical accomplishments.
• Possess the ability to manage ambiguity and find solution for customers that matches the technology offerings within the business.
• Have capability to understand the effort estimation, planning, and scheduling.
• Have hands-on experience in MPP for estimation and Program planning
• Experience in Testing techniques, test plan and develop test cases and execute them as planned Tech Expert, Sharing the test design and get the sign off to proceed with test execution. developed test cases to cover all the requirements.
• Can quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts, Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

• Conducting internal/external design reviews, Generating technical documentation from marketing requirements.
• Leading or working with cross-functional teams on new technology development, Interact with internal and external engineering teams.

· Minimum bachelor’s degree in technology area of emphasis

Skills:

• Overall 14 - 16+ years of Experience minimum
• Candidate is required to have Process/Domain/Operations/Project Engineering/Maintenance knowledge in Manufacturing Process industries, Power plant, Chemical Process Industries or Pharma Industry.
• Candidate should have knowledge on the overall Engineering lifecycle of product development.
• Candidate should have in depth knowledge, hands-on & experience working in DCS system like Honeywell, ABB, Yokogawa, Emerson, Rockwell and so on. He / She should have experience & knowledge of PLC systems. He / She should have hands on working experience in configuring the DCS systems (preferred Honeywell DCS)
• He / She should have minimum of 4+ years of DCS commissioning experience in Manufacturing/Oil & Gas Process Industry
• He / She should have worked experience with competitor system
• He / she should have sound knowledge of different communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC DA, OPC UA, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, EthernetIP etc. for third party interfaces.
• Candidate should have experience working in Process Industrial Control preferably ABB/Emerson/Yokogawa/Metso/ThermoFisher/Rockwell/Honeywell Distributed Control System (DCS).
• He / She should understand either on Python, Visual Studio, SQL software, HTML5, Selenium.
• He / She should have Good Knowledge in Cloud (Azure/AWS) services.
• He / She should have Good Knowledge on Virtualization (VMWare)
• He / She should have CEH Certification & performed cyber security testing.
• Exposure to Test and Requirement Management Tools such as JIRA, Xray would be an advantage.
• Certified ISTQB Software tester (preferred)
• Certified Professional Scrum-Master (preferred)
• Thorough Hands-on with MPP or any other tool for Estimation & scheduling
• Should have very good Logical reasoning and Analytical skills.
