Join the Payments Investment Governance team in which you will work alongside the team to drive strategy execution and integration.

As an Associate on the Payments Investment Governance team, you will play a key role in streamlining investments decision-making & governance, end to end integration of portfolio quality, and tooling rollouts on a Global Enterprise scale to support our vision for Payments Transformation: deliver at fintech speed with bank scale & controls.

Job Responsibilities

  • Help shape and execute strategy of large-scale Global Transformation efforts across the Payments Organization
  • Facilitate the adoption and rollout of Objective / Key Results (OKRs) in alignment with Payment-wide priorities
  • Drive taxonomy alignment and standardization of Investment Governance Operating Model, including regional Quarterly Planning Review (QPRs) and cabinet meetings
  • Conduct ongoing Milestone and Execution / Delivery Tracking Application (JIRA) hygiene analysis to track project execution and improve overall portfolio quality
  • Establish a change management framework that can support operational and business change readiness and ensure stakeholders are informed on Book-of-Work delivery
  • Define and drive adoption of a robust intake and management process for the Payments Technology backlog that provides product-aligned transparency and clear accountability between Product & Tech delivery teams
  • Provide data analysis of agility metrics and risks & issues to support proactive delivery tracking and accountability
  • Identify opportunity for improvements, develop a strategy and achieve delivery commitment goals

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role within Payments, Investment banking, Corporate Banking or related field
  • The desire to progress your career within Payments within an Investment Governance environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions
  • Goal driven with the ability to foster innovation and solve problems creatively
  • Strong time management, organizational and planning skills and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently with keen attention to follow-up coordination
  • Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
