- Develop and Execute Acquisition Campaigns: Design and implement campaigns tailored to enterprise segments in the EMEA region, focusing on demand generation.
- Performance Analysis: Use analytics and marketing technology platforms to track and report on campaign performance, optimize conversion rates, and drive continuous improvement in ROI.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Lead marketing initiatives across digital channels, including email, webinars, hands-on labs, social, and paid media, ensuring consistent messaging and maximizing engagement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales development, product marketing, strategic events, partner marketing, account-based marketing, brand, content, and marketing operations to ensure efforts are aligned with product launches, regional sales goals, and enterprise needs.
- Strong Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of formats including emails, landing pages, and digital ads, driving engagement and conversion across enterprise audiences.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budget efficiently across regions and channels to maximize the impact.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience within growth marketing, demand generation, or something similar - ideally within the technology or SaaS sectors, with a focus on enterprise acquisition.
- Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the EMEA enterprise market, including regional differences in behavior and marketing channels.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
- Analytical Mindset: Proven experience using data and analytics to inform and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with enterprise demand generation in a B2B technology or data cloud environment.
- Strong understanding of the data and analytics landscape, especially in enterprise environments.
- Experience working in a global marketing organization with a regional focus.
