This position requires deep expertise in managing programs with wide exposure and complex environments, leading multiple stakeholders, and developing governance frameworks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in execution.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement program management structures, processes, and best practices across the organization .
  • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to program managers, ensuring professional growth and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop, implement, and manage program strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee program execution at a high level, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Monitor program risks, dependencies, and escalations, providing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align program management with company priorities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, and Product, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Track program performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, and reporting tools.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project and program management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in defining and implementing program management structures within complex environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and guiding program managers.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority programs and navigate shifting priorities.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
