Description
- Define the program plan/schedule and manage program execution- Deliver communication/presentations and drive the decision-making process- Effectively and consistently communicate overall program status- Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently- Improve the system: Look for patterns, offer best practices and implement change- Limited domestic or international travel may be required
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS in an engineering discipline
  • Experience collaborating with multi-functional engineering teams such as Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, Software or Test Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced engineering degree
  • Engineering / technical background, such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience and is data driven
  • Self-motivated and hard-working with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Proven ability to fit in well with a team, understand others’ capabilities and priorities while fostering a collaborative environment, and inspire team members
  • Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $55.00 and $83.03/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
