What you bring:
Role Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud/ PowerBI or similar tools to develop reporting and performance monitoring.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge in scripting / programming with python, golang ore any other scripting language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT Service Delivery Management within a large-scale enterprise environment, preferably at SAP or similar organizations.
- Strong background in vendor and contract management, with expertise in software and hardware procurement.
- Solid understanding of IT service operations, SLA management, and IT governance frameworks (ITIL certification is a plus).
- Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and demand management for third-party resources and projects.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver executive-level reports.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Soft Skills:
· ITIL certification or knowledge of IT service management best practices.
· Experience in SAP enterprise solutions and IT operations.
· Familiarity with cloud computing and IT infrastructure management.
