Additionally responsible for facilizing daily scrum calls, organizing work, and supporting release work to ensure high quality and efficient delivery
Responsibilities- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization using the ServiceNow platform.
- Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about ServiceNow updates and new features, and actively contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure effective communication and alignment of ServiceNow initiatives with overall business objectives. Foster collaboration and communication within the team and between the team and stakeholders. Act as a bridge between the development team and product owner.
- Story Development: Create high quality detailed stories that reflect translate the business needs into technical details for ServiceNow development team
- Facilitator: Act as a facilitator for the Scrum team, ensuring that Scrum processes are followed and helping the team to maximize its efficiency and effectiveness.
- Remove Impediments: Identify and remove impediments or obstacles that hinder the progress of the Scrum team. Work proactively to address issues and challenges faced by the team.
- Scrum Events: Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. Ensure that these events are effective and that the team derives value from them.
- Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the team's processes and practices.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and communicate progress using relevant metrics. Provide insights into the team's performance and areas for improvement.
- Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts within the team and facilitate resolution. Ensure a positive and constructive team environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Communicate project status and ensure alignment with business goals.
