Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 7 years of experience with research or applied AI in software development or a similar domain.
- 7 years of experience with machine learning algorithms (e.g., deep learning, natural language processing) and tools (e.g., TensorFlow).
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and with testing/launching software products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with prompt engineering.
- Experience with deep learning/LLM-based products or platforms.
- Experience with research communities/efforts, including publishing papers in machine learning and NLP conferences (e.g., ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, EMNLP, etc.).
- Excellent programming skills.
