Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
Provides clear vision and scope documentation, use cases, workflows, wireframes, product requirements, and other materials as needed to facilitate UX design and development
Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Develops knowledge of Investment Banking, particularly Mergers & Acquisitions, and engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product offerings meet their expectations
Gains a detailed understanding of the end-to-end user journey and deal life cycle, and be accountable for building solutions that transform and enhance these user journeys
Collaborates with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to build solutions that meet business needs, ensuring adaptability and scalability across regions
Understands the data ecosystem within Global Banking and identify dependencies and integration points to enable a seamless platform experience for users
Builds a deep understanding of advanced analytics and AI capabilities that can be incorporated into product solutions to enhance and accelerate user value
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Previous experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Track record of Product management experience including backlog management, writing user stories, communicating product requirements to engineers
A customer-centric mindset and experience building and delivering greenfield products end to end
Strong problem solver and effective communicator with a partnership mindset and ability to collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and executive leadership
Ability to partner with cross-functional teams at all levels for effective execution in an agile manner
Understanding of common design tools like Figma and the ability to communicate low fidelity ideas using them
