Job Description SummaryJob Description
- Reads and follows work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed
- Performs packing/unpacking operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
- Maintains daily production output
Record production in appropriate logs
- Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures
Maintain GMP compliance
- May participate in quality control inspections
- Works with team lead, shift coordinator, machine operator, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent
- Ability to communicate, receive and understand oral and written instructions regarding duties
to be performed - Demonstrated ability to detail and quality-minded work habits
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership
- Manual dexterity skills
- Visual acuity to recognize product defects
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of related manufacturing experience
- Forklift license
