What you'll be doing

• Help design and build scalable machine learning systems used for ad delivery, bidding, and user engagement.
• Develop and deploy models in a production environment, with support from senior engineers and researchers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including data science, product, and backend engineering—to align on model goals and integration.
• Support ML experimentation, model training, and A/B testing to evaluate performance and impact.
• Assist in developing infrastructure for training, versioning, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
• Contribute to platform tooling and MLOps practices, such as model validation, deployment automation, and performance tracking.

What we're looking for

• A degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Some experience deploying models in production or working with MLOps workflows (e.g., model serving, monitoring, versioning).
• Familiarity with common data tools and platforms
• Interest in building scalable systems and learning about infrastructure and backend engineering.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude—you enjoy learning from others and sharing your knowledge.

You might also have

• Exposure to advertising, recommendation systems, or other high-throughput ML applications.
• Interest in contributing to platform development and growing into a more senior role over time.

Gross pay salary$158,100—$213,900 USD
