Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience of engaging in legislative, regulatory, policy analysis, government relations, or advocacy work, within the EMEA region.
Experience working cross-functionally with commercially and technically creative solutions.
Experience establishing policy positions and developing advocacy plans against priority issues.
Experience within a regulated industry, government, or public policy consulting.
Experience identifying upstream and downstream stakeholder groups.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA in Legal Studies or a related field.
Experience with any of the following: large collocation, site selection for high-technology, industrial-scale projects, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, construction, utility contracts, energy-related issues, and clean energy initiatives.
Experience working with diverse groups of internal and external individuals, elected politicians and regulators, trade and business associations, political organizations, and public interest groups.
Experience leading complex and scalable cross-functional programs.
Knowledge of European policy making process and EU Institutions.
