Individual Accountabilities:

•Ensuring that the region’s sales and gross margin data is available for each area assigned.

Provide analysis of various promotions, NPI launches, rebate or MDF programs on the ability to grow profitable sales

Provide analysis of divisional roll-ups in the Area.

Provide Cost to Serve for each assigned Key Account

POS and channel inventory analysis

May be assigned by Area, Region, or Division.

Additional Division Responsibility:

Drive the Execution of the global sales and marketing division strategies into the area while serving as top division finance leadership contact and escalation point for the division.

Inject financial rigor and reality into the division area execution process making sure that the area moves at or beyond market speed

Key Shared Accountabilities:

Area/Regional Key Account Leader – work hand in hand with the Leader to use data and analytics to drive increased sales at the assigned Area Key Account

Area BG Finance Leader – provide sales results, forecasts, opportunities, and needs to the Region Fin Leader.
Fin Leader - provide sales results, forecasts, opportunities, and needs if requested by thefinance Leader.
GGL Data Analytics Leader – POS and channel inventory analysis and improvement plans

Role Qualifications:

Level of role determined by scope, size, complexity and could be from entry to junior manager.

Industry knowledge a significant advantage
