Job Description
The Position
You have a proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing platform adoption using Salesforce, along with some exposure to facilitating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to elicit and document their requirements.
This position offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise while expanding your proficiency in testing methodologies across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service and CPQ. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting testing activities, fostering user adoption, advocating best practices, supporting end-user training, and driving operational efficiency through automation initiatives.
Completing functional testing and coordinating user acceptance testing, gathering and implementing feedback.
Participate in creation of training materials, as well contribute to training of end-users.
Participate in requirements gathering for enhancements and creating user stories.
Maintain comprehensive documentation on integrations, processes, and solutions.
Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring thorough resolution.
Communicate test plans, progress updates, and escalate issues to the development team.
Triage and resolve support tickets, user maintenance, profile assignment, data loads, creation and updates to reports & dashboards.
Monitoring and investigating any errors, using your technical skills to dig into flow failures, giving feedback to the users or working with the development team to resolve.
Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
Use data to provide insights and visibility to the business and promote the importance of good data quality.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required
Essential
Proficient in working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including basic knowledge of their features and configuration.
Proficiency in at least three types of software testing, such as acceptance testing, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, smoke testing, system testing, stress testing, software performance testing, alpha/beta testing, and object-oriented testing.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in documenting solutions tested to create training documentation for end users.
Excellent communicator at all levels of an organization, with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language.
Experience with assisting users with various issues, including troubleshooting technical problems, and distinguishing between training-related and technical-related challenges.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce environment.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the QA role.
Desirable
Experience with automated tools for QA process (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Copado).
Understanding of the end-user experience and ability to provide suggestions for improving user interface and user experience.
Familiarity with basic triggers and Apex code principles, which are essential for customizing and extending Salesforce functionality.
Familiarity and understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud, which can be leveraged to enhance the end-user experience.
Experience working with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or similar CPQ platforms.
Proficient in utilizing Field Service Lightning, a Salesforce product used for managing field service operations, to optimize business processes.
Proficient in working with Jira, a project management tool, and knowledgeable about Agile/Scrum methodologies, enabling efficient collaboration and project management.
Experienced in working with complex Salesforce orgs that involve multiple integrations and interconnected platforms.
Holds a valid Salesforce Admin certification, demonstrating expertise in administering Salesforce orgs.
Possessing or interested in working towards a QA certification, as referenced by TealHQ(https://www.tealhq.com/certifications/qa-tester),is a beneficial qualification that further validates QA skills and knowledge.
