What you’ll do

The tasks comprise, but are not limited to:

• Setting up and managing video streaming platforms and equipment.
• Managing our internal Sharepoint pages, knowledge-sharing Documents, the quarterly Newsletter, our SAP Website and Social Media Accounts.
• Supporting to create project status reports.
• Supporting with internal and external logistic
• Supporting finance controlling.
• Execution of own smaller projects.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: business engineering, computer science, business administration and economics
• Computer skills: MS Office
• Language skills: fluent in German & English
• Soft skills: team player, self-driven, organized, proactive
• Others: prior experience with SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions beneficial
