Duties and Responsibilities:

• Rapidly analyze, learn,optimize, evolve,and innovate onlarge existingc/c++codebase.

• designing, developing,testing,andmaintaininghigh quality, extremeNFR, applicationsand systemsinc/c++

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.

• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and reliability.

• Optimize software performance and scalability through performance profiling, code optimization, and system tuning.

and ExperienceRequirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• years of experience in Microsoft C/C++ development, with a proventrack recordof delivering high-quality software solutions.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Visual Studio and other development tools for C/C++.

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system internals and Win32 API.

• Experience with COM (Component Object Model), ATL (Active Template Library), and MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes) is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
