Role & Responsibilities
* As the Solutions Engineer (SE) you will
* Help to Drive new solutions with our customer through ongoing education and guidance
* Learn the latest and greatest technologies and be associated with specialist teams across the business
* Together with other team members, work closely with your Account Team to help develop account plans
* You will support and lead other SE’s as they present to our customer on the latest updates to our products and solutions and you will get hands-on helping to configure and demonstrate those solutions.
*You will be become the trusted advocate between the customer and our engineering teams to help ensure their requirements are understood
Requirements
Networking skills:
-Routing and Switching
-Network management
-Basics of Network security
-Basics of VXLAN
Computing skills:（prefer)
-Basics of Container/Kubernetes
-Basics of Hyperconverged Infra
-Basics of Converged Infra
Presentation skills:
-Product presentations and demonstrations
Troubleshooting experience:
nvestigation to determine the cause
English skills:
-Simple English Conversations
