As the Engineering Project Manager, you will manage enterprise solutions used by our Real Estate & Development team. You’ll manage strategic relationships with internal customers, vendors, and contractors to ensure that we’re delivering technologies that empower our business customers to make strategic decisions. You will own the technology roadmap and ensure it is consistently aligned with business capabilities. You will own the framework and coordination of release management, infrastructure upgrades, and the support ticketing process, ensuring alignment with our business customers and our engineering teams. You will partner with customers to gather requirements, understand business processes, and align technology needs with business goals. You will be responsible for managing multiple contractor teams that work with you to design, develop, deliver, and support solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing performance. You will manage IT financial forecasts and budgets for capital projects and operating expenses. You will institute KPIs to monitor the efficacy of IT services and drive continuous improvement. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to continuous improvement. You will be unafraid to challenge the status quo when appropriate. You will constantly weigh a number of competing priorities to allocate time and resources to delivering the biggest impact.
