Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in program management.
3 years of experience with SQL and data manipulation, developing queries to answer business questions.
Experience in data modeling, developing data sets and creating visualizations using tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing process improvement implementations spanning process, systems and people.
Experience with designing and simplifying complex processes and implementing them with a well-defined rhythm and structure.
Ability to define organizational needs, optimize user experience and define key performance indicators to consistently evaluate impact.
Ability to translate complex strategic and operational objectives across a large organization into actionable analyses.
Excellent investigative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects with executive stakeholders.
