Key Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with GPU and display system interfaces, both at the hardware and software levels.
  • Well versed in OS fundamentals such as memory management, scheduling, synchronization, syscalls, IPC, etc.
  • Detailed knowledge of a GPU hardware architecture, and its capabilities and performance characteristics.
  • Track record of building collaborative working relationships across large organizations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence up, down, and cross-functionally.
  • Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results
  • Excellent software design, problem solving, debugging, and performance analysis ability
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Additional Requirements
  • Broad experience with complex driver models such as IOKit, WDM and WDDM
  • Knowledge of current and emerging rendering, ML, and compute optimization techniques is an asset
  • Exposure to Metal, C/C++, Objective-C/C++, and Swift will be ideal
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $210,900 and $364,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
