- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in creating a portfolio of thoughtfully designed products, demonstrating advanced design skills, including strategic thinking, high quality deliverables and processes.
- Ability to keep teams in the loop, tell compelling stories and clearly articulate design decisions.
- Ability to be self-initiative and drive projects from start to finish.
- Excellent organization, people management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
