First-shift position working within the department of Quality.
Performs repairs on printed circuit boards and subassemblies, using precision soldering techniques to include surface mount.
Manages the movement of inventory through the group, using SAP, Production Control Software.
Acts as department calibration coordinator, responsible for scheduling and maintaining compliance with relevant procedures for an array of measurement equipment.
Performs detailed electronic testing and troubleshooting functions associated with evaluation and qualification ofsupplier-manufacturedcomponents, printed circuit boards, and subassemblies.
Assists in the development of test methods and procedures used to qualify products.
Works with engineers and supplier personnel to improve the quality of products delivered.
Performs test equipment set-up and calibration tasks.
Observes all safety standards and maintains a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Electronics or related field and/or at least five years of related industry experience.
