In this role, you’ll:
As a temporary Operations & Office Support (6 months), you will work closely with our team lead and specific team members to ensure smooth operations and improve existing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to support a team who builds the future sustainability solutions for SAP.
- Manage the Head of Sustainability Innovation’s calendar
- Prepare internal and external presentations
- Prepare event visits for him/her by booking trips and creating briefing docs
- Moderate team calls and plan team events
- Optimize the team’s tools in close collaboration with team members
- Support with reporting and strategy development
- Support running projects after completing the core tasks
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, creatively, and proactively
- Curiosity and enjoyment of working with people who are passionate about their work
- Interest in digital innovation, sustainability, and operations/strategy
- Good skills in Microsoft office (especially Outlook and Power Point)
- Ability to understand, visualize and optimize/simplify the operational processes of our cross-disciplinary team
- Languages: fluent German and English
