Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in new business sales and exceeding quota attainment.
Ability to communicate in English and either Dutch or one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) to manage client relationships in this area.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution.
Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
Understanding of the online advertising industry and local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.
Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and grow in a team environment.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for the clients.
