Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting tech and non tech level VP leaders at global companies.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Organizational design, succession planning, performance management, compensation and rewards, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Experience working in a product sales, cloud service provider, consulting, IT services provider or government contracting industry.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience supporting a sales organization in a Cloud/Product company where quarterly quotas are carried by sellers.
Eligibility to obtain a US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance.
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships and garner consensus with executive leaders within the public sector business and Cloud, surrounding new ideas and strategies to drive organizational change.
Ability to manage ambiguity and be a part of strategy discussions.
Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
