Technical Excellence

• Proven experience in public sector digital initiatives.

• Ability to translate business processes into functional requirements.

• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with tools such asSAP, Oracle, or open-source ERP systems.

• Working knowledge ofAPIs, data interoperability,andgovernment IT standards.

Master's degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,or equivalent

Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT functional consulting, ERP implementation, or e-Governance projects.

• Hands-on experience inworkflow automation, system integration,anddigital transformationprojects with government or urban local bodies preferred.

• Familiarity withGIS integration, MIS dashboards,anddata visualization toolsis an advantage.

People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
