What You'll Be Doing:
Architect the next generation of datacenter solutions using NVLink Fusion technologies
Focus on chip and chiplet solutions for datacenter systems, but working across system and software teams
Create, review, and drive microarchitectural solutions for connectivity, coherency, power management, security, memory management and chip level issues. Mentor junior engineers working on microarchitecture.
Drive solutions for system level issues including, networking protocols, memory models, boot, and security across a range of products and use cases.
Work closely with our industry partners to define and develop the best solution for a specific customer or target market segment.
Evaluate industry standards, protocols, components and tools for applicability to our solutions. Drive adoption as needed.
What We Need To See:
Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of work experience focused on CPU, GPU or similar high performance architectures.
Experience developing architectural solutions structures and working with industry standards/protocols for compute, connectivity, and memory.
Understanding of the performance, power and security implications of microarchitectural features.
Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
A drive to continuously learn and expand architectural and microarchitectural breadth and depth.
