Internal Request Forms (IRF) management for Institute for Advance Science (IAS) courses and events. Keep close relations and communication with key stakeholders of the IRF process.
Support Healthcare Providers (HCP) training, internal meetings, and employee training held in IAS. Organization and logistic arrangement.
May assist Business for divisional trainings & meetings held in the IAS, in collaboration and synergy with Country Business Administrators.
Purchase Orders & invoice handling. Vendor management.
Daily Go-to person for the IAS, takes care of the planning of the IAS usage: day-to-day activities, organizing potential tours of the Global Manufacturing facility/distribution center, meeting room calendar management, seminar room preparation, catering, order/maintain supplies, training material, equipment, simulators, and relative software. In general, all resources are required to ensure effective service during customer events, including last-minute logistical requests.
Responsible for IAS files, surveys, data tracking, and consolidation. IAS reporting (activities and spending). Spend and budget tracking support.
IAS Internal & External audit support.
Reference contact person for IAS, Boston Scientific in-country & international employees and customers. Involve obtaining/providing information, and answering queries related to established policies and procedures. Direct people to the appropriate resources.
As part of a team, provide support and collaborate with BS members when needed.
