- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of mechanical design and documentation using 3D CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Catia, Inventor).
- 10 years of experience in designing and analyzing with detailed tolerance analysis and tolerance loop methodologies.
- 10 years of experience with structural and thermal analysis using FEA (ANSYS/FloTHERM/Nastran experience).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in mechanical design and analysis.
- Experience in designing complex modular building scale assemblies.
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering and design principles with specific expertise in the areas of design for medium-scale production, structural beams/elements and international building codes.
- Understanding of mechanical tolerances and tolerance analysis.
- Ability to setup and manage Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
