8 years of experience leading and managing people in a technical team/organization.
Experience with leading or influencing engineering teams.

20 years of experience in product management in a technical domain.
8 years of experience in developing and scaling enterprise platforms with ecosystems, and delivering impact.
Experience in one of the following: Enterprise Service Desk software, contact center software, workforce management software, CRM products, case management, business process automation.
Track record managing and leading product teams and projects in global teams, including understanding of software development and deployment.
Strong people and communication skills, with ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
Expertise in one of the following: analytics and visualization, machine learning, large-scale distributed systems, user experience design.
