As a Business Manager in our Finance team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

You will support the VEE Lead in coordinating business requirements and vendor relationship and ensure the smooth completion of the process

VEE (VMO) – Vendor Enablement and Engagement (Earlier VMO) is part of the F&BM function of CCB and support CCB Tech and Product organization with their Procurement ( Labor and Non Labor) requirement.

VMO is the bridge between business/Tech, Finance, Sourcing and Vendors and is responsible for coordinating new requirements, maintain performance records, ensure vendor governance and manage the entire life cycle of the engagements.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Help in coordination of various VEE activities
  • Maintain the resource demand and coordinate with Business and Operations function
  • Maintain employee, vendor, contract and budget data using various tools.
  • Able to analyze varied data set and build reports to present it
  • Build connect with internal stakeholders and bring closure to capacity demands and Contracts, etc
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding and off-boarding of FTCs as per process.
  • Adhere to SLAs and improve the SLAs
  • Able to coordinate with different vendors and be liaison between vendor and the business

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • Graduate with minimum 7 years of experience
  • Experience of managing capacity planning or resource requirements (Directly or Indirectly) would be beneficial
  • Experience and Exposure to vendor contracts management, negotiating T&Cs, commercials etc.
  • Experience of handling engagement vendor life cycle
  • Understanding and experience of contract management, and vendor management is a must.
  • Ability to connect and coordinate with Sr. stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive conversations, negotiate and influence business and vendors.
  • Comfortable with data management and analysis and Knowledge of statistical tools and technique to represent data

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • Good command on Office tools – Excel, Power point, etc.
  • Understanding of Project Management concepts
  • Good command on maintaining and using data for representation and decision making, Should be able to write simple macros and VBAs
  • Ability to build cost analysis, alternative strategies and implement the processes in the organization
