What a typical day looks like:
- Responsible for coordinating and supervising complete maintenance activities, ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Oversee maintenance and operational efficiency of infrastructure and all building systems.
- Having thorough knowledge in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical & Civil
- Monitor and manage the performance of maintenance contractors and in-house technical staff to ensure adherence to service standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of preventive and reactive maintenance activities for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential safety hazards or compliance issues.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the maintenance budget, including tracking expenditures and controlling costs.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for maintenance activities.
- Take care complete asset management.
- Coordinate Annual maintenance shutdown activity.
- Prepare daily / weekly and monthly reports and dashboard.
- Manage Administration help desk operations.
- Manage inventory and storeroom operations.
- Manage all Agreements / Contracts
- Support to provide accurate data and reports for MIS and Billing
- To handle Feed backs andcomplaints/escalations
- SLA tracking and Compliance (Maintaining Documents, Conducting briefing and support staff training)
- Corrective measures to handle Safety and Security related incidents.
- Support internal & External audits.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- More than 10 years of experience in Administration & Facilities management services
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Specialist in technical aspects, safety, Crisis management, Handling Incident/accident and Addressing employee quires/escalations.
- Should have worked in 24/7 support and flexible for rotational shifts Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, Electrical) or any other accreditation will be added advantage.
- Excellence in MS office
- Good communication skills
- Open to shifts
- Ability to work on the software applications / tools.
- Should be able to conduct briefing sessions/Training programs.
- Handle the Admin helpdesk and answer employee's queries, complaints and requests in a professional way.
