Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Analyze and optimize business processes and system workflows
  • Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for system updates and process improvements
  • Develop reports and documentation to enhance business efficiency
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure practical, scalable solutions
  • Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and validation
  • Learn and apply BI tools (Power BI, SpotFire) and workflow automation
  • Participate in Scrum meetings to improve workflows and productivity
  • Apply creative problem-solving to drive impactful solutions

REQUIRED :

  • Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science and Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for clear, structured presentations
  • Basic understanding of business processes and system development
  • Eager to learn new technologies and business analysis techniques
  • Effective team player in dynamic, cross-functional environments
  • The internship period must be at least 3 months , starting in July 2025 .

PREFERRED:

  • Knowledge of Excel, SQL, or basic programming
  • Familiarity with business process modeling (BPMN, UML) or workflow automation
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks, with an interest in continuous improvement

  • Strong English communication skills: Ability to clearly convey ideas and interact with team members and stakeholders
  • PowerPoint proficiency: Ability to create effective, visually appealing presentations
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement

  • Collaboration and teamwork: Ability to work closely with different teams, including business and technical departments
