Position Purpose/Summary （职位综述） Key Areas ofResponsibility （主要职责）
Responsible for factory process parameters and formula management and process control to ensure product quality meets customer requirements负责工厂工艺参数和配方的管理，以及过程控制，确保产品质量满足客户要求

Leads and participates Six Sigma and Productivity Improvement projects to continuously improve manufacturing operations领导并参与6西格玛和产能提高项目，对工厂生产操作进行持续改进
积极参与新项目的可研，设计及实施，并领导或参与项目的验收及试运行
Leads and participates in advanced trouble shooting（工艺和质量） when necessary and coaches others to learn these skills领导并参与调查工艺或质量相关问题，如有必要，指导其他人学习这些技能
Ensure plant operating procedures are valid and up to date确保工厂的操作程序有效并得到及时更新
Participate ISO management, include ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO50001参与ISO管理，包括ISO ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO50001 Routinely communicate technical information and issues to plant personnel.和其它部门紧密合作，定期进行技术信息交流 Use of Engineering Change Control process.负责工厂的变更管理

Qualifications/Experience/ Knowledge （资格要求）
Job Specifications General
(Define as “Essential” or “Preferred” and Qualify Statements as “Excellent”, “Good / Proficient” or “Basic)”
Education / Qualifications •University Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering preferred工科背景本科及以上学历，化工专业优先
Experience Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience as a Production/Process Engineer, preferably in a chemical industry environment 5年以上相关工作经验，化工行业优先 Professional Skills / Knowledge Oral and written English communication skill are essential
