: We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to join our team and lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI applications. The candidate should play a strategic role in a software development organization by defining AI governance, leveraging Copilot for system design, and accelerating the prototyping of complex architectures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, Generative AI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP), along with expertise in GitHub Copilot. This role requires the ability to design scalable and robust architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect AI solutions that leverage Python, Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.
• Integrate various systems and services, including APIs, databases, and third-party tools, into cohesive AI solutions.
• Defines standards, usage guidelines, and governance models for how development teams use GitHub Copilot. This includes ensuring consistency and enforcing company specific architectural patterns.
• Provide in-depth expertise on GitHub Copilot, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices for usage.
• Enhance development workflows by integrating GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality.
• Uses Github Copilot to quickly generate scaffolding for new components like microservices, controllers, and APIs. This allows for fast evaluation of different architectural approaches, such as comparing event-driven versus request-response patterns.
• Develop and manage custom MCP servers to enhance AI capabilities and facilitate integration with development tools.
• Recommends and evaluates extensions, plugins, and integrations that can enhance the developer experience with Github Copilot
• Stay current with advancements in generative models, including GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based models, to inform architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, to ensure smooth deployment and integration of AI solutions.
• Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for internal teams and stakeholders to promote best practices in AI development leveraging Github Copilot.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years in software development with specific expertise in one or more common languages
• Extensive experience in solution architecture, particularly in designing AI applications using Python and Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) principles and their application in AI development.
• Proven experience with GitHub Copilot and its integration into development workflows.
• Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience implementing DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide technical teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Python programming and relevant libraries, Generative AI & Agentic AI frameworks, Model Context Protocol
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and related GitHub features.
• Familiarity with generative models and natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of software architecture principles.
