As an, your leadership will be instrumental in steering a virtual team comprised of technical experts, partners, and consultants. Together, you will propel the sales process forward and strive to surpass quarterly targets for Data, Apps & AI revenue as well as usage/consumption within your designated accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor and a subject matter expert in Analytics, Application Modernization, and AI, with a deep-seated proficiency in Data Modernization. You will empower our clientele to leverage our distinctive hybrid data platform, along with our forefront Analytics & AI solutions, to unlock the full potential of digital transformation.


Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency in French is essential
  • Demonstrated technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field technology-related sales or account management experience.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to harness the power of data in achieving their strategic business objectives and navigate them through an Analytics-driven Azure Data transformation.
  • Assess customer applications and business imperatives, endorse solutions that align with their needs, and showcase these solutions to secure the technical decision.
  • Provide unwavering support to customers in overcoming implementation obstacles and bolster customer contentment.

Sales Execution:

  • Drive digital transformation by engaging customers in industry-specific conversations, leveraging partnerships and services to convert opportunities into deals.
  • Discover new opportunities through collaboration and personal initiatives, using Microsoft's sales process to evaluate and advance potential deals.
  • Grow business with existing customers by initiating engagement, providing demonstrations, and ensuring a robust deployment plan with partner support.

Scaling and Collaboration:

  • Work with Global Partner Sales and partners to enhance sales opportunities, develop joint proposals, and strategize to fill partner capability gaps.
  • Utilize the orchestration model to maximize relationships with internal stakeholders and partners for optimal customer impact.

Technical Expertise:

  • Lead internal conversations and events, mentor peers, and contribute to best practices and innovative ideas within Microsoft.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Data, Apps and AI solution areas to expand networks and engage with prospective customers/partners.

Sales Excellence:

  • Collaborate with partners and utilize insights to explore new business opportunities and support customer innovation.
  • Ensure customer/partner satisfaction through feedback analysis and recovery action plans, manage sales and delivery success, and engage in business planning.
  • Conduct business analysis to target high-potential customers and manage the business end-to-end in the assigned territory, aligning with strategic priorities.
