- 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal or consulting.
- Experience with Stakeholder Management, Program Management and Process Improvement.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPS, CCPA, AI Act, LGPD,
ePrivacy, AADC, HIPAA or, J.D., CIPP/US), or other privacy or compliance
certification. - Experience with privacy and security compliance, audit, risk, legal and assurance or testing.
- Experience with supporting organizations under regulatory settlements or consent order (e.g., Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)).
- Experience in conducting control audits, process assessments, or technical risk reviews with technical systems (e.g., Application Programming Interface (APIs), databases, cloud environments).
- Excellent project management, technical collaboration and communication skills.
