As a key and integral part of our PMO/Project Management function you will bring your A game, skills, experience, and your commitment to best practice to our Cost Control, Change Control and Programme Control teams. In these newly created opportunities, your remit will include:
- Develop, implement, and manage the change control, programme control processes and frameworks.
- Provide input to and support the preparation of tender documents as required including the preparation of Bills of Quantities, Deliverables and Milestones.
- Ensure commercial due diligence for scope of works and projects during pre-construction and construction phases.
- Develop, implement, and own programme controls, processes, governance and improvement practices, across large Programmes and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with Functional Leads, Project Managers and Contractors ensuring governance and compliance with the Change Management processes and documentation.
- Manage and Maintain a Change Log, managing the accurate capture, recording and governance of all changes, ensuring inputs are provided in a timely fashion.
- Support and manage Requests for Information, Early Warning Notices and Compensation Events.
- Act as a key interface between the Commercial, Project Team and Contractors in the day to day management of a defined portfolio of projects.
