The NI organization is seeking a seasoned and dynamic professional to lead the development of the Partner eco-system for Webscale across Europe.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Key Responsibilities:

·Partner Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, ensuring they are fully trained and able to integrate our products and services into their business operations effectively.

·Relationship Management:Serve as the primary contact for partners, maintaining and enhancing relationships, addressing issues, and ensuring partner satisfaction and loyalty.

·Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with both our and our partners' business objectives. Monitor the achievement of sales targets and coordinate sales activities to maximize outcomes.

·Training and Support: Provide continuous training and support to partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively market and sell our products.

·Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate partner performance against key performance indicators to ensure maximum productivity and identify areas for improvement.

·Market Analysis and Feedback: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. Provide insightful feedback from partners to guide adjustments in business strategies and product development.

·Marketing and Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective marketing programs that enhance partner sales initiatives. This includes managing co-branded marketing efforts, lead generation campaigns, and promotional events.

·Financial Management: Oversee and manage the budget for partner-related activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and a healthy return on investment.

·
Compliance and Ethical Standards: Ensure all partners adhere to our ethical standards and compliance regulations, maintaining the integrity and professional standards of our business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partner management or channel sales, excellent communication skills, strategic planning capabilities, and a strong aptitude for maintaining significant business relationships. Experience in the Cloud, Datacentre sector is preferred but not essential.

Your skills and experience

You have:

· Bachelor’s degree in applicable subject or equivalent technology background or experience. MBA could be an asset.

· 5+ years of relevant and progressive experience in the ICT or Data Centre domain, either in the Telecom sector or in other industry sectors with heavy adoption of Telecom solutions.

· Fluency in English and ability to integrate multinational and cross-functional virtual teams. Any Second European Language such as French, German, Spanish an advantage.

· Leadership, Strategy consulting capabilities, Customer Focus, and strong business Acumen

· Excellent communications skills, both orally and written with the ability to evangelize both internally and to customers

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

· Strong interest in the Cloud, ICT, Technology markets

· Enthusiasm in keeping abreast of technological and market trend as well as competitive intelligence.
