Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization

Thisposition will report to the Sr Director, Data and Analytics for AERO, and willlead the Digital Transformation programs at AERO through EDW (Enterprise DataWarehouse) and other Analytics projects. As the leader of this team, you will managea team of 3-4 technical analysts, as well as set the strategy and ensure theteam executes to the EDW strategy hitting key milestones and objectives todrive value for the organization. You will work to ensure efficient deployment ofEDW in AERO and importantly value realization through this program. You will coordinate the work across businessand IT teams in AERO and in addition, you will work with EDW team focusing onadoption and value realization. Become a go to person for helping drivebusiness change through adoption of EDW.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Aerospace Technologies EDW strategy, Roadmap and annual plan
Drive priorities looking at ROI and other key factors.
Responsible for Execution of the Annual plan working closely with Business team, Enterprise IT and Aero ITBPs
Develop and execute EDW adoption / Benefit Realization plan; Ensure business value realization and validate through functional and finance leaders.
Drive the overall investment decisions to support these deployments.
Identify, measure, and report out on project key performance indicators.
Provide AERO leadership updates on milestones, metrics, adoption, and value realization.
Educate business on technology and security requirements.
Collaborate with other SBG transformation leaders to leverage best practices, increase knowledge and skill sets.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
10 + years in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering

WE VALUE

Master’s degree in computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, software engineering, physics, or related discipline in marketing and analytics.
Experience with advanced data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, BusinessObjects.
Experience leading teams directly or in-directly.
Experience leading complex transformation projects.
Excellent leadership communication and executive presence
Understanding of key information technology solutions and practices
Strong business acumen and ability to translate new technology into business value
Creation of result-oriented Management Operating System
Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems.
Creative and collaborative problem-solving capability
Conveys specific, observable, and measurable expectations for each assignment.
Driving "fast and right" results environment
Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity
